Privacy Policy
Elina Bidi runs the Instagram shop @elinabidi from Turin, Italy. People often ask for a price under a post or reel. Elina Comment Bot answers those comments for her: it replies under the comment and sends the person one private message with the price and details they asked for. This page explains what the bot sees, what it keeps, and how to have it removed.
Who is responsible
Elina Bidi, Turin, Italy. Contact: elinabidii2002@gmail.com.
What the bot uses
- Comments on posts and reels of @elinabidi: the comment text, its ID and time.
- The Instagram username and account ID of the person who commented.
- The private message the bot sends, and any reply you send back to @elinabidi.
The bot does not see your password, your followers, your other messages or anything outside @elinabidi.
Why
- To reply to your comment and send you the price or product information you asked for.
- To make sure you receive that message only once.
- To let Elina answer your follow up questions herself.
Legal basis: your request (you commented to ask), and Elina's legitimate interest in answering customers (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
- We do not send you more than the one message you asked for.
Where it is stored and for how long
Data is processed through the Instagram API (Meta Platforms Ireland) and stored on Cloudflare servers. Comment records and message logs are deleted after 90 days. Instagram keeps its own copy of comments and messages under Instagram's own policy.
How to delete your data
Send a message to @elinabidi on Instagram, or an email to elinabidii2002@gmail.com, with the words "delete my data". We delete everything the bot holds about you within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Deleting your comment on Instagram also stops the bot from using it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.

چه کارهایی هرگز نمی‌کنیم
- اطلاعات شما را نمی‌فروشیم و به کسی نمی‌دهیم.
- برای تبلیغات استفاده نمی‌کنیم.
- بیشتر از همان یک پیامی که خواسته‌اید چیزی نمی‌فرستیم.
نگهداری و پاک کردن
اطلاعات روی سرورهای Cloudflare نگهداری می‌شود و بعد از ۹۰ روز پاک می‌شود. برای پاک شدن زودتر، به @elinabidi دایرکت بدهید یا به elinabidii2002@gmail.com ایمیل بزنید و بنویسید «اطلاعاتم را پاک کنید». ظرف ۳۰ روز همه چیز پاک می‌شود و خبرتان می‌کنیم.
